With over 35 years of experience in the art sector, his journey with Pendleton Artisan Network is rooted in the belief that artisan success can be facilitated through fostering connection between artisans and the community to support each other.

    Tom's career has spanned many roles at several organizations, where he planned projects, wrote educational curriculums, coordinated events, and managed staff. His expertise in art, education, strategic planning, fundraising, and program management has been invaluable, helping to develop innovative solutions to problems.

    The passion that drives Tom stems from struggling as an entrepreneurial artist trying to make a living from selling the things he makes. This background fuels his dedication to ensuring Pendleton Artisan Network can reach even more people in need, a mission that resonates with their core values of connection, sustainability, and cultivating culture.

    Outside of his work with the organization, Tom enjoys time with family and creating pottery.

Marie Pratuch

Board Vice President

  • After her service in the Army as a Combat Medical Specialist, she worked as a medical assistant in the Portland Metro area for twenty years. She moved to Pendleton in 2013 with two of her four children and her husband, Tony.

    Marie finished her associate degree at BMCC, where she attended every art class offered, finding her passion in ceramics. She has been a ceramic artist for 11 years with over 9 years of experience teaching an adult wheel-thrown pottery class at the Pendleton Center for the Arts.

    Marie has over thirty years of experience and development in painting, including acrylics and watercolors. She is always looking to learn and experience art forms that are new to her, with the desire to combine several artistic styles to develop thought-provoking pieces.

    Marie has found healing and a community through art, and through teaching, and she wishes to take the next step in that process by helping other artists and makers in the area grow and excel in their artistic journey.

Stephanie Huffman

Secretary

  • As a founding member and Secretary of the Pendleton Artisan Network (PAN), she is excited to advocate for the local artisan community and their small businesses.

    Her journey began as fiber artist in New Mexico before moving to Oregon to pursue her degree in theatre arts at Portland State University. She would later earn her Masters studying Asian puppetry after co-writing the book Formosa Moon. Her work explores ethereal themes with her current project of transforming her home on Pendleton’s North Hill into an interactive art gallery.

    When not working as the Planning Technician of Pendleton’s Community Development Department, she can be found at home creating art.

Robb Corbett

Board Treasurer

  • … December of 2011 after serving as City Manager in Sutherlin, Prineville, and Burns, OR.

    Robb started his career in public service in 1990 and became a City Manager in 2000. He is a member of International City Managers Association and the Oregon City/County Managers Association.

    Robb has served as a community volunteer for the Boys and Girls Club of America, Amateur Athletic Union, Little League Baseball, Student Mentor, Smart Reading Program, Oregon State High School Rodeo, and past deacon of his church. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Pendleton Art Network, is a founding Board Member for Pendleton Young Life, and Member of the Pendleton Rotary Club.

    He is a 2008 graduate of Eastern Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration.

    Robb is married to his wife Elizabeth and they have three adult children; Alaina, Olivia, and Chas.

Mark Preslar

Attorney

  • … and a strong supporter of economic activity in Downtown Pendleton, Oregon. In his free time he enjoys skiing, ballroom dancing and bowling.

Tim Mustoe

Board Member

  • Tim frequently shares his expertise through workshops and community presentations, helping to mentor the next generation of filmmakers and ensure that powerful stories remain rooted in the Pendleton community.

    A filmmaker and visual storyteller, Tim is the creative force behind Northwest Storylab, where he focuses on the art of documentary and narrative film. With a deep interest in historical preservation and the "anatomy of a scene," he has spent years researching and developing projects that bring complex histories to life through cinema.
